How it works

What happens once you say yes?

Three stages and three to four weeks on site. You'll know the price before we start, how long the bathroom is out of use, and who is turning up each morning.

Stage 1

Measure, design and written quote

We measure the room, check the drainage and what's behind the walls, then give you a scaled layout with every fixture listed and a written price that holds once it's signed.

Stage 2

Strip-out, rough-in and waterproofing

Back to frame, licensed plumbing and electrical rough-in, then waterproofing to AS 3740 photographed at every coat. Same crew, same start time, swept down before we leave each day.

Stage 3

Tiling, fit-off and handover

Tiling, glass measured off the finished walls, tapware and joinery installed. Then we walk the room with you, fix anything you pick up, and hand over the certificates and a workmanship warranty.

Week by week

What does each week look like?

Larger rooms, layout changes and asbestos removal all add time. If any of that applies to your place, you'll hear it before you sign rather than halfway through the job.

  1. Week 0

    Measure, design and quote

We visit the home, measure the room, check drainage, substrate and access, then produce a scaled layout and a full fixture schedule. You receive a detailed written contract with every item listed by supplier code.

  2. Week 1

    Strip-out and rough-in

Protection goes down, the room is stripped to frame, and any asbestos is removed by a licensed contractor with a clearance certificate. Plumbing and electrical rough-in follows, along with any framing changes.

  3. Week 2

    Waterproofing and screed

A licensed waterproofer applies the membrane to AS 3740 with photographic evidence at each coat. Cure times are respected in full, then falls are screeded to the waste.

  4. Week 3

    Tiling and glass measure

Floor and wall tiling, niches and benches, then grout and silicone. Frameless glass and mirrors are measured off the finished surfaces, never the plans.

  5. Week 4

    Fit-off, clean and handover

Tapware, toilet, joinery, lighting and accessories installed. Final clean, defect walk-through, then a handover pack with certificates, warranties and care instructions.
